1) keep the traditions of Latin music, dance and culture alive in Victoria; 2) provide an opportunity for musians and dancers to perform;
3) a gathering place for the Latino community where cultural events can be celebrated (eg Festival Mexicano, Quince Anos, Mexican Independence Day, etc).
